Looking beautiful as ever in a chic black dress, Demi Lovato graces the Spring cover of Britain's Cosmo on Campus magazine. The singer and X-Factor mentor reveals her struggles with an eating disorder and body issues. Demi says her obsession with putting others (especially the guys she's dated) before herself eventually took its toll on her health and well-being.

"It is very unhealthy when girls devote all of their time to a guy and forget their friends and family," she says. "I did that. I was always looking for distractions because I was so afraid of being alone."

Despite the tough challenges she faced, Demi has come out stronger and continues to inspire young women everywhere. Demi also told the magazine she is in a much better place, both physically and emotionally. She says, "...I can finally trust and love and be a better person for the man I am in a relationship with, instead of being a clingy girlfriend or getting jealous."
